Do you accept previously owned wheelchair vans on trade?

What brands of wheelchair lifts do you carry?
We carry Braun, VMI and Ricon. We also sell and service exterior wheelchair carriers from Bruno, Harmar and VMI.
How do I go about finding out if I can drive from a wheelchair?
We can put you in touch with the Association of Driver Rehabilitation Specialists (ADED) who will, in turn, connect you with a local Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist. These specialists can then give you guidance in the adaptive equipment you will need either as a driver or as a passenger. Click here to visit the ADED web site.
How large of an area do you folks service?
Literally all of northern California, from Fresno to southern Oregon and the San Francisco Bay area to western Nevada.
Do you sell ramps for home applications?
Absolutely! We have a complete department dedicated to your home needs including ramps, porch lifts, elevators and stair glides. We are a California Licensed Contractor (#665122).
How would I go about finding a funding source to pay for my wheelchair van or accessible equipment?

Do you have rental vans for wheelchair access available?

Yes, we have both mini & full size van rentals available on a weekly or monthly basis. Please click here to view more information.

How do I know that you are a reputable dealer?

We a long-standing member of the "National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association" (NMEDA), and have been servicing the mobility needs of our community since 1982.

What adaptive manufacturers do you do warranty work for?

You would be hard pressed to find a manufacturer for which we are not an authorized warranty service center.

Do you provide information and assistance for veterans seeking funding?

Yes, we work closely with the Veterans Administration and will aid you in guidance, procedures and contacts for VA services and adaptive equipment.

Do you do the DMV paperwork if I buy a van with adaptive equipment from you?

Yes, all licensing, title and DMV paperwork is done by our in-house specialist.

Do you sell used adaptive equipment?

Yes. Typically we have an inventory of used wheelchair lifts, scooter lifts and a extensive inventory of late model used wheelchair vans (both mini & full size vans).

Do you take MediCare or MediCal?

Neither of these organizations are currently providing funding for wheelchair vans or vehicle adaptive equipment. Unfortunately we are not a provider for either of these programs.

Where are you located and what are your hours of operation?

Our Chico location, which is also our corporate office, is located at 1300 Nord Ave., Chico, CA 95926 and our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with weekend times available by appointment.
 
In Sacramento, we are located at 3127 Fite Circle, Suite B, Sacarmento, CA 95827 and our hours of operation at that location are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with weekend appointments available.
